You can get stronger at push ups by doing a few every day. Challenge yourself during 10 days and do 2-10 pushups every morning or night.
You practice technique daily and get better at using your core muscles in the best way when doing pushups.

Make a plan and figure out a good pushups time for you. Feel free to do the push ups anytime during the day. Set a daily reminder in your phone. Print the pushups schedule and star checking off the boxes.

Start out by going thru the technique, check out the pictures, descriptions and video for pushups. When you feel ready, take on the challenge and go for day one - test day.

10 days pushups challenge
Day 1: Test day. How many push-ups standing on your knees or toes you can do. None? Yes you can, start lying on the floor, tighten your abs and push yourself up from the floor.
Day 2: Do 2-10 push-ups at any time (no need to change clothes, just do them)
Day 3: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 4: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 5: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 6: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 7: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 8: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 9: Do 2-10 push-ups
Day 10: Test day. How many push-ups can you do now? More?

Even if you can do more than 10, stop at 10 per day and do them with perfect technique, keep the challenge as simple and minimal time consuming as possible. Make it feel easy to get this done.

So, 2-10 pushups with super technique and focus fully (thinking of exactly what you do in every one of the repetitions) (say the steps load if you like - push up, squeeze here and there, body straight, yeah, okay, good, squeeze more). Do as many pushups as you possibly can in day 1 and day 10, the test days.
